1. What is Time Tracker System?

Time Tracker System is a software as a service (SAAS) Human Resource management solution designed to be fast and easy to use. It makes doing common tasks faster, provides a comprehensive employee self-service portal, and allows managing job applications, payroll, leaves, notices, etc. We constantly try to improve TTS and all updates are provided free at no extra cost.

2. What type of organizations is Time Tracker System is intended for?

Time Tracker System is intended for Small, Medium Business and Enterprise employees. If you need TTS for more than 500 employees, please contact support.

3. Can I become a reseller of Time Tracker System?

Time Tracker System works with a number of partners and software distributors. If you are interested in selling Time Tracker System or would like information on our reseller and partnership scheme please contact us with an outline of your proposal and some background information on you or your company.

4. Is my data safe and secure with Time Tracker System?

Time Tracker System regularly takes backup on daily and weekly basis. Also, we have recovery servers for any emergencies. Solution Rack (Owner, developer and maintainer of Time Tracker System) guarantees 99.99% up-time (excluding any scheduled/emergency maintenance). Time Tracker System is hosted on Microsoft Azure platform. Your data is completely safe with us. Time Tracker System provides high data security which ensures that your data is secure and private.

5. Does Time Tracker System support multiple languages?

Yes. As of now, Time Tracker System is offered in three languages: English, Spanish and French. We are soon going to offer it in other languages.

Time Tracker System offers a single, straightforward pricing plan for cloud version: At end of each month, we bill you according to the plan you are currently on. See pricing for more details.

2. Does Time Tracker System provide hosting for self-hosted versions?

Yes, we do provide hosting solutions at additional cost. We can help your organisation setup the self-hosted versions, but hosting should be purchased by you at an annual charge.

3. Can I modify self-hosted versions?

You are not allowed to make modifications to self-hosted version. Neither can you create copies of the code and/or resell it. If you want to create another installation you need to purchase a separate license for it.

4. Can I resell self-hosted version?

No. You are not allowed to resell self-hosted version. You only own a license of self-hosted version. The code and its ownership remains with TTS even after you make modifications to the code.
